Free and confidential peer groups for adults over 18 directly affected by Eating Disorders.

Living in Brighton and Hove, and West Sussex.

What to expect

Provide those who attending the  peer support groups a space to meet with others to share their experiences and coping strategies and to ease isolation.

  • Provide Friends and Family groups for those affected
  • Information and advice on eating disorders to enable better understanding of symptoms
  • Gateways to support (Counselling, other therapies and support groups and treatment services)
