Who is this for?

Adults aged 18 and over, their carers/supporters and staff from other agencies who would like to understand more about mental health conditions and mental wellbeing and lifestyle.

What to expect

Free courses promote strategies that  can help with self-management and  can provide links to a range of local and wider resources that can support  mental health and wellbeing.

There is a Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter Prospectus.

There are two campuses  for West Sussex – Coastal Campus and Northern Campus. 

A wide range of courses are  listed under:

  • Understanding & Managing Mental Health Conditions
    Examples include:
    Anxiety, depression, Bi polar, ADHD, post traumatic stress, Personality Disorder, Psychosis, and Anger
  • Wellbeing and lifestyle
    Examples include:
    Building resilience for wellness and recovery Young people) , Five Ways to Wellbeing, Self esteem and positive thought, Sound and movement, Work for wellbeing, Assertiveness, Creativity for wellbeing, decluttering and wellbeing in the garden.

There are also regular Recovery College open days to find out more about the courses available and to meet some of the trainers/students,
