Single homeless people adults over 18yrs and those vulnerably housed
Assessment and referral into one of our hostels/supported accommodation while accessing support for a variety of issues including substance misuse, mental health as well as accessing a GP and training opportunities.

Provides individual, goal focused support for residents of Chichester and Horsham who are experiencing mental health problems. Support is based on individual need. Richmond Fellowship delivers a variety of activities to support recovery.
