Mental health support across West Sussex

Reaching out is the first step towards finding the support you need

Find support

Pathfinder West Sussex is a partnership of mental health, homelessness and employment support organisations working together to improve people’s wellbeing across the county.

If you are feeling anxious, depressed or unable to cope, we can support you through one-to-one sessions, groups and activities, peer support and remote supported self-help to suit your needs. We can also support you if you are experiencing poor mental health and homelessness, or living with mental health problems and looking to get into paid employment.

Need help now?

Call our Help Point on 0300 303 5652 or email helppoint@pathfinderwestsussex.org.uk. Our Help Point is open

Our friendly team of trained professionals will listen to you without judgement and talk through your needs. They can provide you with wellbeing advice and information and help you find resources and other services that can help.

They can also refer you for further support with our mental health recovery and community peer support workers, who offer goal-focused one-to-one support and can help you join groups and activities to improve your wellbeing and create connections.

Please note that Pathfinder West Sussex is not a crisis service. Please refer to this web page for same or next-day help.
