Learning about your mental health

We offer opportunities for you to learn more about your mental health and how to manage it better in the longer term. This is part of our recovery-focused model for mental health support. Find out more

At Pathfinder West Sussex, the support we provide aims not only to help people feel heard and understood – and ultimately to feel ‘lighter’ and able to enjoy life more – but to empower them to learn about their mental health and understand it more.

With greater understanding, we can learn to manage our mental health better in the longer term and prevent problems recurring. That’s why workshops and other learning opportunities are an important part of the recovery-focused support we offer, equipping you with tools and strategies to cope now and in the future.

You can find out more about these opportunities through your mental health recovery worker.
