We're a group of specialist voluntary sector partners covering the whole of West Sussex. We are linked in with local NHS and GP services and work closely alongside clinical colleagues to offer people a single point of access to mental health and wellbeing support.
All the partners value the expertise of people with lived experience of mental health challenges and actively involve them in designing, delivering and monitoring our services. This is done with the help of the West Sussex Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG), an independent network of people with lived or living experience of mental health who work with the Pathfinder partners to co-produce services and improve mental health support.
What we offer
As well as mental health and wellbeing support across West Sussex, we can provide you with:
- Signposting to other services, such as debt and welfare advice and support with substance misuse
- Support if you are experiencing or are at threat of homelessness
- Employment support if you have experienced poor mental health and are looking to find work
- Referrals to NHS clinical intervention, if necessary, and ongoing support for you following hospital discharge.
All our services are inclusive and value diversity, providing a friendly, non-judgemental and welcoming environment for everybody. They are also integrated with neighbourhood mental health teams in West Sussex, which bring together NHS and voluntary sector services. This means we can ensure that you get to the right place for support, including referring you for clinical treatment if required.
