Capital Project is running their 5 Ways to Wellbeing workshop online during January. Attendees will need access to a computer/laptop with wifi, as well as a pen and paper for note-taking.
The workshop will cover what the 5 Ways to Wellbeing programme is, and how it can aid good mental health. It also offers participants the opportunity to create their own personal 5 Ways to Wellbeing plan to follow and develop following the workshop. The sessions will be fun and informal and no previous experience is needed to attend.
Each workshop will have a maximum of 8 places. The following dates are available:
- Monday 11th January 2021 @ 12 midday
- Wednesday 20th January 2021 @ 10.30am
- Tuesday 26th January 2021 @ 11am
- Thursday 28th January 2021 12.30pm
