Ahead of World Mental Health Day on 10th October, Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust has launched their #ten4ten campaign.
The campaign has a simple message: be kind to yourself, look after your mental health. It includes a rap video which suggests ten ways to look after your health and wellbeing.
