Our group development sessions provide you with an opportunity not only to hear from others who are experiencing similar challenges but to learn from them – and share experiences and coping strategies.

In addition, we offer social activities online and in person, where you can meet others and build confidence as part of your recovery journey. In Littlehampton, these include:

  • a peer-led men's group
  • get togethers
  • mindfulness
  • crafts.

We have a private Facebook groups for adults who get help with us in Littlehampton and a separate one for young people, aged 16 to 25, who are receiving support with us in the Adur, Worthing and Arun areas.

In addition to our group development and one-to-one support, there are also opportunities for peer support, where volunteers with lived experience of mental health themselves can support you with practical tasks and share their experiences.
