Hours: 37.5 (full-time) hours per week
Location: Preferred Littlehampton, potential to be based at Worthing or Southwick sites. Required to work from all West Sussex Mind sites (3-4 days a week) with flexibility for some homeworking.
West Sussex Mind is looking for a dynamic and creative leader and manager to drive forward the development, transformation and quality assurance of our mental health support services working with NHS and other voluntary and community sector partners.
The Head of Mental Health Support will be a key member of the leadership team and will have real influence and involvement in West Sussex Mind’s development of its services and organisation.
The successful candidate will have a professional qualification relevant to mental health work and practice, as well as significant experience of and real interest in managing and developing services.
